Vasundhara Tewari Broota has explored the body through the mind. Her keen interest in figurative paintings has also let her explore the possible dynamics of figurative art. In this work, where the body is floating, or almost infused, in the water, the body exhibits wave characteristics, directing the viewer to the fact that her images emerge from the perception of a woman and the psycho-political existence of the female body.
