Overview
This group solo show was presented by Sanchit Art, in the 2014 Kalasutra edition, showcases the works of international artists who draw upon cultural influences from both the East and the West.
The show seeks to explore the creative process of artistic creation, and the resulting transformation of ideas into tangible art forms. Through the use of vivid imagery, the artists pay homage to their respective cultural roots, while simultaneously creating unique and innovative works of art. The show seeks to explore the relationship between the artist and their creative process, and how this relationship manifests itself into a form of expression that is both meaningful and visually captivating. The show promises to offer a unique and compelling insight into the lives and works of these gifted artists at The Arts House, 1 Old Parliament Lane, Singapore.
