Known for his discerning eye and curatorial instinct, Sunil has played a significant role in discovering, nurturing, and championing works by some of India’s most celebrated senior and contemporary artists. Through Sanchit Art, he has built an extensive and thoughtfully curated collection that reflects artistic excellence, cultural significance, and innovation. Well-connected within the global art community, Sunil continues to shape conversations around contemporary art while bringing thought-provoking and meaningful works to collectors and audiences worldwide.

Sanchit Joshan is the Director of Sanchit Art, one of India’s leading modern and contemporary art galleries, with over a decade of experience in the fine art sector. He leads the gallery’s exhibitions, publications, and strategic initiatives, playing a pivotal role in expanding its presence within the global art landscape and promoting Indian modern and contemporary art to international audiences.

Under his leadership, Sanchit Art has strengthened its global footprint through participation in leading art fairs and exhibitions across major cultural hubs including London, Hong Kong, Singapore, and Dubai. Through carefully curated exhibitions and collaborations, he has worked to showcase some of India’s most significant modern and contemporary artists while fostering meaningful relationships between artists, collectors, institutions, and patrons.

Known for his strategic vision and innovative approach to audience engagement and cultural programming, Sanchit continues to champion artistic excellence and create platforms for important artistic voices. Beyond the art world, he is also an entrepreneur and angel investor, bringing experience across international business, startups, and emerging markets, which further informs his dynamic and forward-looking approach to leadership.
