Timeless Resonance: A Collective Symphony at Art Stage Singapore 2017
At Art Stage Singapore 2017, Sanchit Art brought together an eclectic collection of artworks that reflected the rich diversity of Indian modern and contemporary art. The exhibition featured the vibrant cultural narratives of M.F. Husain, the bold, figurative forms of K.H. Ara, and the provocative, avant-garde explorations of F.N. Souza. Ram Kumar’s meditative abstracts provided a serene contrast to the dynamic energy of the show, while Satish Gujral’s works added a monumental presence. The intricate storytelling of Jogen Chowdhury and the surreal, introspective worlds of Ganesh Pyne captivated viewers with their depth and complexity. The colorful, bold figures of Thota Vaikuntam and the dreamlike, delicate imagery of Maite Delteil, Sakti Burman, and Maya Burman offered a whimsical touch, juxtaposed with the spiritual and meditative compositions of Neeraj Goswami. Adding a contemporary flair, Paresh Maity, Dipak Banerjee, and Deveshi Goswami brought fresh energy to the exhibition, merging tradition with innovative expression. This curated collection of artworks celebrated the convergence of Indian art’s storied past and its vibrant future.
