Bhagat Singh is an artist whose work shows inspiration from the Indian folk, miniature, and mural culture, particularly A. Ramachandran. He completed his BFA and MFA from Jamia Milia Islamia in New Delhi.
His paintings feature fantastical themes. His works mirror his concern for the environment and depict the beauty of nature in vibrant hues and forms. Bhagat Singh is a master of stylization, and his compositions are layered with textures and colours, creating an atmosphere of enchantment.
He has been a part of many solo and group shows and has received several tokens of recognition for his skill.
